RAWALPINDI: The high-profile GHQ attack case has entered its final phase in an anti-terrorism court (ATC), with the last three witnesses summoned to appear at the next hearing. On Saturday, ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah recorded statements from three prosecution witnesses during the latest court session.
The court also rejected a petition filed by former Prime Minister Imran Khan seeking to halt the trial. However, a notice was issued to the prosecution regarding a request to recall eight earlier witnesses for re-examination. This move could impact the conclusion of the trial if granted.
