Pakistan, Jan. 28 -- Accepting the authority of Parliament to legislate on imposing taxes, the Federal Constitution Court (FCC) on Tuesday - in a landmark ruling with far-reaching constitutional and fiscal implications - upheld the vires of the super tax.
