Pakistan, July 14 -- ISLAMABAD - The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced strict action against terminal operators failing to meet required infrastructure, IT, and documentation standards at seaports, dry ports, off-dock terminals, and land border stations.
According to the newly issued Customs General Order (CGO) 7 of 2025, FBR will suspend or cancel registrations of non-compliant terminal operators. The move aims to tighten monitoring and ensure all terminals follow the minimum standards set under rule 548 of the Customs Rules, 2001.
