ISLAMABAD, Feb. 6 -- Multiple casualties were feared after an explosion at Terlai Imambargah in the Shehzad Town area of Islamabad on Friday.

According to initial reports, the blast occurred inside the Imambargah, prompting police and rescue teams to rush to the scene immediately. Rescue 1122 and other emergency services have begun rescue operations, working to evacuate the injured and assess the extent of the damage.
