Pakistan, Oct. 6 -- LILLE, France - Lille substitute Ethan Mbappe haunted his former club Paris Saint-Germain, scoring a late 1-1 equaliser at Stade Pierre-Mauroy on Sunday in Ligue 1. The result allowed PSG to move one point clear at the top of the French league.
A much-changed PSG side looked to have secured all three points after Nuno Mendes struck a sublime free-kick in the second half. However, 18-year-old Ethan Mbappe cut inside and fired a shot past Lille goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier in the 82nd minute. "Ethan has character, good self-confidence, and also qualities for the highest level," said Lille coach Bruno Genesio.
