Pakistan, Jan. 17 -- Elon Musk's AI company XAI is facing a fresh legal battle after Ashley Saint-Clair filed a lawsuit. She claims her son is Musk's child and alleges XAI's chatbot, Grok, created sexually explicit images of her and children. The lawsuit accuses the AI tool of producing illegal and harmful deepfake content on the X platform.
According to court documents, Grok reportedly generated images that humiliate, exploit, and sexually abuse subjects, including minors. Ashley Saint-Clair claims she initially reported the content and requested its removal. She also alleges that assurances were made that no further images would be created.
