Pakistan, June 28 -- The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of Pakistan has approved a grant amounting to over 1.58 billion Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to cover the salaries, allowances, and other financial obligations of the country's armed forces. This decision was made during a meeting chaired by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.
The approved funds will be allocated by the Ministry of Defense to ensure timely payment of dues, especially for the heroes who sacrificed their lives in the recent conflict with India. These payments are part of the Prime Minister's package dedicated to the families and dependents of martyrs from the recent India-Pakistan skirmish.
