DUBAI: Dubai Police have concluded robust security arrangements ahead of Sunday's high-octane Asia Cup final between Pakistan and India, ensuring the historic clash unfolds in a safe yet festive environment.

In a special advisory issued in Urdu for fans, authorities instructed spectators to reach the stadium at least three hours before the toss, stressing that each ticket permits only one entry and that re-entry will not be allowed once a person exits the venue.
