Pakistan, Feb. 5 -- The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore has announced conditional approval for kite flying across its residential areas after receiving a no-objection certificate from the Punjab government, expanding festivities beyond Phase VII.
Under the new framework, kite flying will only be permitted on approved days and within designated zones, with organizers, residents, or community groups required to secure prior clearance from relevant government and law enforcement authorities.
