Pakistan, Dec. 5 -- The Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, on Friday criticized incarcerated PTI founder Imran Khan for spreading "anti-army" narratives, calling them a growing national security threat.
Speaking at a press conference in Rawalpindi, Lt Gen Chaudhry described the situation as a "creeping national security threat" that the military must address due to its potential impact on the country's stability.
He claimed that Imran Khan's rhetoric stems from a "delusional mindset," where personal ego and frustrations override the interests of the state, creating narratives that go beyond politics into national security concerns.
