Pakistan, Dec. 18 -- The Gilgit-Baltistan government has imposed a Deosai National Park ban on all commercial activities. Authorities stopped seasonal hotels and tourist businesses inside the park. Officials said the decision aims to protect nature and control environmental damage.
According to an official notification, the ban will apply throughout the coming tourist season. The Forest, Parks, and Wildlife Department issued the directive on Tuesday. Officials warned hotel owners against setting up accommodation facilities in the park.
