Pakistan, July 23 -- Denmark will launch a three-year energy cooperation program with Pakistan starting January 1, 2026. Backed by the Danish Energy (DEA), the program aims to improve Pakistan's energy sector by supporting sustainable development, technical capacity, and long-term energy planning.

The Strategic Sector Cooperation (SSC) program will focus on three main areas: long-term energy planning, integration of renewable sources, and improved energy efficiency in industries. These efforts are expected to help Pakistan transition to a cleaner and more reliable power system.
