Pakistan, Oct. 21 -- The Sindh Healthcare Commission has reduced the prices of several medical tests, including dengue, malaria, and CBC. This decision comes as cases of mosquito-borne diseases continue to rise across the province. The revised test rates aim to help patients by making diagnostics more affordable. The new prices will be effective from October 21 to December 31, 2025.

According to the commission, the price of the malaria test has dropped sharply from Rs 3,050 to just Rs 600. The NS1 test for dengue has also seen a major cut, from Rs 4,550 to Rs 1,100.
