Pakistan, July 17 -- At least 60 people have died and 11 others remain missing after a massive fire broke out in a hypermarket located in a five-storey building in al-Kut, eastern Iraq. According to city health officials and police sources, the blaze erupted overnight, sending thick smoke and flames through the structure as firefighters battled to control the disaster. Videos shared on social media showed the building fully engulfed in flames, but their authenticity has not yet been independently confirmed.
