Pakistan, July 29 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has warned that any attempt by India to block or divert Pakistan's water flow will be seen as a declaration of war. Speaking at a press conference in New York, he said that the Indus Waters Treaty cannot be ended by any one country alone. Dar emphasized that Pakistan has rightful claims over three rivers and is open to holding talks with India anywhere in the world.
Moreover, Dar stressed that lasting peace in the region is not possible without resolving the Kashmir dispute.
