Pakistan, Oct. 5 -- The Civil Services Academy (CSA) has successfully concluded the second cohort of the National Outreach Programme for Minorities (NOM), a one-month residential training aimed at preparing youth from minority communities for the Central Superior Services (CSS) examination, here on Saturday.

According to details, the latest batch comprised 42 candidates from across the country, including 21 from the Christian community, 19 from the Hindu community, and two from the Muslim community. The programme, launched by the Federal Government in consultation with provincial governments, seeks to address the persistent underrepresentation of minorities in the civil services.
