Pakistan, Aug. 6 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced major steps to support poor communities, especially laborers, by launching housing and development schemes across the province. She shared that the government had released Rs74 billion in interest-free loans, which enabled the poor to build a record 62,500 houses. These houses were mostly built by working-class citizens, proving that when given support, they can build a better future for themselves.
