China has sent urgent humanitarian aid to support Pakistan's flood-affected communities, reaffirming its longstanding friendship and solidarity. On Sunday, two Chinese relief flights landed at Nur Khan Air Base, Rawalpindi, carrying 300 tents and 9,000 blankets, according to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).
The NDMA called the gesture a reflection of China's unwavering support during difficult times. "China has once again affirmed its friendship by extending timely humanitarian assistance for the flood-affected people," the said. The supplies are expected to bring relief to thousands of displaced families still recovering from the recent floods.
