Pakistan, July 27 -- A.D. Khowaja the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) called on Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan Haroon congratulated Khowaja on assuming charge as CEO of EPZA and extended his best wishes for success in the new role, said a news release here on Saturday. During the meeting, both sides held a detailed discussion on the potential of EPZA, the current challenges it faces, and strategies to make the authority more competitive and effective. Haroon Akhtar emphasized that the Export Processing Zones Authority must be aligned with international standards in order to attract investment and boost exports.
