Building Pakistan's intellectual capital
Pakistan, Sept. 29 -- The intellectual capital is one of the three main forms of capital that includes physical capital and financial capital. Where physical capital (buildings, equipment) and financial capital (stocks and bonds) are important for establishing a company, the intellectual capital moves the company forward. Intellectual capital comprises of three broad categories. They are human capital, relational capital, and structural capital.
Human capital includes knowledge and skills, experience, competencies, vocational qualifications, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, education, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit among others.
