Pakistan, July 2 -- A powerful explosion rocked the Sadiqabad area of Bajaur on Wednesday, killing four people including Assistant Commissioner Nawagai Faisal Ismail, and injuring at least 11 others. The blast occurred near Phatak Mela Ground, causing panic in the region.

According to police sources, the bomb exploded close to a gathering area, resulting in the deaths of Assistant Commissioner Faisal Ismail, Nawagai Tehsildar, and two police officers. The targeted attack destroyed a vehicle completely, suggesting it may have been a planted or vehicle-borne explosive device.
