Security forces killed dozens of terrorists during Bannu Lakki Marwat operations over the weekend. According to ISPR, the missions were launched after receiving reports of militant activity. Troops engaged hostile positions with heavy fire, eliminating threats and destroying hideouts used for weapons storage and planning attacks.
Local sources claimed that fighter jets also struck militant sanctuaries in Bakkakhel, Bannu district. The strikes destroyed a school and a community hall being used to store explosives and ammunition. Officials said the assaults left multiple terrorists dead and many others injured.
