QUETTA, Jan. 22 -- The Balochistan government announced a new People's Train Service connecting Quetta and Kuchlak, releasing Rs1.4 billion for the project. The announcement came during a meeting between Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti and Federal Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi.
