Pakistan, July 15 -- Renowned Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem has revealed that many of the promises made to him after his gold medal victory were never fulfilled-especially the promised residential plots. He confirmed that he only received cash rewards.

Last year, Arshad made history by delivering a massive 92.97-meter javelin throw, setting a new Olympic record and winning Pakistan's first Olympic gold medal in over 40 years. His achievement was widely celebrated across the country.
