Actress Alizeh Shah has revealed that the harsh experiences in the showbiz industry have mentally affected her to the extent that she has been diagnosed with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).

In a recent Instagram post, Alizeh Shah shared that she is suffering from PTSD. She stated that 12-hour work shifts and the treatment she endured during work broke her from within.

According to Alizeh, people assume she exposed individuals in the industry to gain work opportunities, but they may not realize how much this perception hurts her.
