Pakistan, Aug. 2 -- Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, visited the Land Information and Management System (LIMS) facility. She was accompanied by the Director General of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).

The visit aimed to review ongoing digital and AI-driven innovations in agriculture and land management. DG LIMS Maj Gen Muhammad Ayub Ahsan and Dr Col Waqar briefed the delegation on LIMS's critical role in food security. The system currently supports over 2 million farmers with advanced agri-tech advisory services.
