Pakistan, Aug. 1 -- The field officers of the Livestock and Dairy Development Department Rawalpindi had got registered eight first information reports (FIRs) against fake semen mafia across the division during the last three days. "Strict action has been initiated against the sale of substandard and unregistered semen under the supervision of Director Rawalpindi Division Dr. Naveed Sahar Zaidi and on the instructions of Punjab Minister for Livestock Ashiq Hussain Kirmani under the Livestock Breeding Act 2014," a Livestock Department spokesman said on Thursday.
