Pakistan, Jan. 13 -- The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab has successfully ensured the disbursement of Rs230 million in pending dues to 240 citizens across the province through timely and effective intervention. According to a spokesperson, the recovered amounts included marriage grants, retirement benefits, death grants, family pensions, group insurance, General Provident (GP) Fund payments, farewell grants, and other financial relief. Taking prompt notice of the complaints, the Ombudsman Punjab issued directives to the relevant departments, resulting in successful recoveries and payments.
