DI KHAN: Tragedy struck on Dana Sar Road in Dera Ismail Khan on Friday when a mini-truck carrying a nomad family plunged into a deep ravine, leaving 12 people dead and three others seriously injured, police confirmed.

According to officials, the accident occurred when the vehicle's brakes failed while navigating the mountainous stretch. The victims, members of a family migrating from Khanuzai in Balochistan to DI Khan for the winter season, included women, children, and three men.
