Pakistan, May 9 -- In a bold response to alleged Indian cyber aggression, Pakistani hackers have launched a campaign titled Operation Salar, successfully hacking four major Indian websites and claiming to have accessed sensitive data.

The hackers, part of a volunteer cyber group, declared that this cyber offensive is a direct retaliation to India's recent cyber terrorism targeting Pakistan's digital infrastructure. Their mission, they said, is to expose and counter the digital warfare allegedly being waged by Indian agencies.
