Pakistan, Oct. 23 -- Senior Provincial Minister Maryam Aurangzeb said on Thursday that the Punjab government is taking practical steps to fight smog and protect citizens' health. Speaking at Kinnaird College, she warned that smog could severely disrupt daily life and economic activities if not controlled. She stressed that this year, for the first time, the government has launched on-ground measures to reduce pollution and improve air quality across the province.
