Dar es Salaam, March 14 -- ZANZIBAR: ZANZIBAR Second Vice President Hemed Suleiman Abdulla, has attributed the islands visible prosperity to unity, political stability and solidarity despite citizens differences.

Mr Abdulla made the remarks when he joined Muslims from two regions of Pemba in an Iftar event he organised for them at Tibirinzi Childrens recreation grounds in ChakeChake District, South Pemba Region.

He said that the government, led by President Dr Hussein Mwinyi, continues to emphasise unity, political stability and harmony as the key pillars in achieving its goal of bringing development to its people.
