Dar es Salaam, March 17 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE government has called on Tanzanian youth to seriously engage in environmental conservation, which is vital to creating a healthier world.
The call also wants the youth, including students, to become good ambassadors for environmental conservation by planting more trees in their schools.
The Kisarawe District Commissioner, Petro Magoti, made these remarks during the launch of the ‘Ishi Kijanja campaign at Jokate Mwegelo School in the Pwani Region.
