DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 14 -- THE 2025/26 Mainland Womens Premier League kicks off today with matches scheduled at four venues across the country, marking the start of another thrilling season of womens football in Tanzania.

The league, which runs from November to May next year, opens with Geita Queens hosting Ceasiaa Queens at Nyankumbu Girls Stadium in Geita.

In other fixtures, Simba Queens face Bilo Queens at the Kinondoni Municipal Council grounds in Dar es Salaam, while Alliance Girls meet Fountain Gate Princess at Nyamagana Stadium in Mwanza.

Yanga Princess will be away to Ruangwa Queens at Majaliwa Stadium in Lindi.
