DAR ES SALAAM, Dec. 11 -- EACH year, from 25 November to 10 December, the world turns orange for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV). It is a powerful reminder of the urgent need to end one of the most persistent human rights violations of our time.
