DODOMA, July 21 -- WATUMISHI Housing Investment (WHI) has launched a major residential project — the Kisasa Hilltop Housing Development — aimed at increasing access to quality, modern homes for public servants in the rapidly growing city of Dodoma.

The project, set to feature more than 14 floors upon full completion, is being developed in two phases. The first phase, currently underway, includes six buildings with a total of 66 housing units, constructed at a cost of 8.5bn/- Speaking to journalists during a site visit, WHI Acting Chief Executive Officer Arch.
