Dar es Salaam, Feb. 22 -- DAR ES SALAAM: FORMER Prime Minister, Judge (rtd) Joseph Warioba has praised the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) for its decisive stance in combating corruption during elections.

Judge (rtd) Warioba was speaking during his meetSamia: Come out, contest ing with ruling party Secretary General, Dr Emmanuel Nchimbi who visited him at his residence in Dar es Salaam.

Judge (rtd) Warioba also shared his views on the recent constitutional changes made by CCM at its extra-ordinary General Meeting, which included reforms on the process for selecting candidates for councillor, representative and parliamentary positions by increasing the number of voters in opinion polls.
