SPAIN, July 3 -- VICE-PRESIDENT Dr Philip Mpango has invited Spanish investors to explore key opportunities in Tanzania, particularly in clean cooking energy technologies, as part of the countrys broader strategy to address environmental degradation.

Speaking during the opening of the Tanzania-Spain Business Forum held in Seville, Spain on Wednesday, the Vice-President said another important area for investment lies in the sustainable harvesting of resources from the blue economy, particularly in the Indian Ocean and the Great Lakes Region.

He pointed out that the resources remain vastly untapped and hold immense potential for contributing to Tanzanias economic development and ecological balance.
