ARUSHA, Oct. 13 -- Prominent political figure and veteran CCM member, Christopher ole Sendeka, has urged opposition parties in Tanzania to focus on preparing solid candidates and crafting coherent policies rather than looking for excuses when faced with electoral defeat.
