Dar es Salaam, Feb. 15 -- SINGIDA: MINISTER for Works, Mr Abdallah Ulega, has urged experts in his ministry to develop innovative solutions to alleviate urban traffic congestion, a measure that could also help increase government revenue.
Speaking at the inauguration of the ministry workers council meeting in Singida, Mr Ulega insisted that in addition to the usual agenda, it is vital to address key public issues such as traffic congestion.
He encouraged attendees to use the meeting as a platform for brainstorming ideas, given the presence of numerous experts.
