MADAGASCAR, Aug. 14 -- The Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the Government of the United States of America are set to engage in discussions aimed at establishing guidelines for their future cooperation.

Taking the stance, Tanzanias Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ambassador Samwel Shelukindo, led the countrys delegation at the inaugural senior officials meeting of the SADC–U.S. Dialogue Forum, held in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
