Dar es Salaam, Jan. 15 -- THE President of the Tanzania Volleyball Federation (TVF), Magoti Mtani, has appointed 11 commissioners to head key departments within the federation, a move aimed at strengthening governance, management and the overall development of volleyball across the country.

In a statement issued by the TVF Department of Information and Communication, Kepha Malecela was appointed Commissioner for Regional and Member Development, while Alpha Boniface will serve as Commissioner for Legal Affairs.
