Dar es Salaam, March 5 -- USA: US President Donald Trump has urged Congress to ban “sex change” procedures for children, denouncing the “woke” culture in America.

He made his appeal during an address to the both chambers of Congress on Tuesday night.

“Ive also signed an order to cut off all taxpayer funding to any institution that engages in the sexual mutilation of our youth,” Trump told the audience.

“And now I want Congress to pass a bill permanently banning and criminalizing sex changes on children and forever ending the lie that any child is trapped in the wrong body.”
