BUKOBA, Nov. 25 -- THE Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) in Kagera Region has collected 57.8bn/- during the first three months of the 2025/26 financial year, exceeding its target of 50.3bn/- and achieving 114 per cent of the goal.

TRA Kagera Regional Manager, Mr Castro John, said the region aims to collect 211bn/- for the 2025/26 fiscal year, with contributions expected from businesses, investors, and customs stations. The three-month performance, covering July to September 2025, reflects strong commitment and efficiency.
