ARUSHA, Nov. 7 -- TOURISM activities in Tanzanias Northern Circuit have resumed in full swing following the return of major international airlines to Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA)- the regions main tourism gateway.
The revival comes after airlines from Europe and Asia reinstated their services, bringing in tourists and other visitors to the country.
Earlier, some carriers had temporarily suspended flights due to the violence that occurred along the Moshi–Arusha highway on October 29 this year.
KIAs Marketing Manager, Mr Zefrin Lubuva confirmed that all major airlines have now resumed normal operations to Tanzania, particularly to KIA.
