DAR ES SALAAM, Dec. 13 -- THE Independent Commission of Inquiry into breaches of peace that occurred during and after the General Elections of October 29, 2025, has begun taking views, opinions, and explanations from some of the victims of the incidents, including bereaved families and the injured.
