TANGA, Jan. 21 -- TANZANIA Football Federation (TFF) has reopened Mkwakwani Stadium in Tanga Region for continued use in Premier League matches after the facility underwent renovations that now meet football regulations and standards.
According to a statement released by TFF, the stadium had previously been closed due to its infrastructure failing to meet the requirements of club licensing regulations.
However, following an inspection and the implementation of the recommended improvements, the stadium was found to have met all the required regulatory standards.

In the statement, TFF said it will continue to remind all clubs to improve and maintain the infrastructure of their home grounds....
