BAGAMOYO, Jan. 2 -- BAGAMOYO College of Arts and Culture (TaSUBa), in collaboration with the Indian High Commission, has concluded a painting competition that involved 20 participants, aimed at strengthening cultural ties between Tanzania and India through the Indian Ocean.
Speaking to the media today in Bagamoyo, the TaSUBa Deputy Principal in charge of academics, research, and consultancy services, Gabriel Kiiza, said the competition was intended to showcase and connect Tanzanian and Indian cultures through the art of painting.
