DAR ES SALAAM, Jan. 7 -- THE public has been urged to take precautions and remain vigilant during the rainy season to avoid possible dangers caused by flooding in road infrastructure areas.
The call was made by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Rural and Urban Roads Agency (TARURA), Engineer Victor Seff, during the opening of a two-day working session for the Agencys management, Regional Managers, and coordinators of emergency projects, being held in Dar es Salaam.
