DODOMA, July 2 -- DODOMA Regional Commissioner Rosemary Senyamule has urged women to take full advantage of the various economic empowerment opportunities promoted by the government, particularly through Women Economic Empowerment Platforms (WEEPs), which have played a key role in improving livelihoods across the country.
Speaking during the launch of the Dodoma Womens Day event, Ms Senyamule said President Samia Suluhu Hassan is keen to see more women utilise these government-supported platforms to advance their economic well-being.
